Our principles
All our projects have the same core purpose - bringing together diverse groups to tackle real societal challenges through changes to policy and service delivery. Through an inclusive approach that gives voice to people from all parts of the system, we support people to connect with each other and design solutions to their shared challenges.
No “one size fits all”
There is no “one size fits all” for social change, so we use a tailor-made approach for every project. From one-off workshops to co-designed learning and design journeys, every project is underpinned by our tried and tested toolkit of coaching, design and innovation methods.
We work with visionary leads and strategic thinkers in local and central government, passionate public servants, frontline practitioners, and experts by experience who want to find like-minded changemakers to transform their sector together.
Our principles
We value the expertise of people who use or deliver services, and their experience always informs project outcomes.
We empower - we use tools that encourage everyone to share and contribute, no matter their ability or expertise.
We create an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is equal and strong coalitions can be formed.
Who is this for?
Our work is designed to connect all parts of the system, from the policy to the frontline.
We work with decision-makers in central government, such as project teams working on particular strategic issues; with frontline organisations and local authority service delivery teams, whose expertise with service users is deep and broad; and with local authority strategy and project teams.
Our services are open to individuals too: if you work in central or local government, or in a large charity, and have an interest in mentoring or being mentored to build better outcomes for society, we want to hear from you.
Overall, we’re looking for people and teams who:
are interested in learning how to collaborate more effectively
value the perspectives of people experiencing social challenges and want to share those more widely
want to see better outcomes across society
would like to think more creatively about how they do their best work
are interested in building relationships with others tackling the same challenges
If this sounds like you, get in touch.
