Too often, “…businesses, charities and frontline public services in particular often have immediate and direct understanding of the consequences of government policies, or the problems that need to be addressed, but their voices are too frequently lacking in discussions at the centre” (Institute for Government, 2024).
We challenge all stakeholders, including policy and frontline professionals, to step outside their comfort zone, understand each other and find creative solutions with lasting impact.

At Telescope, we believe that social change starts with empathy. We encourage our participants to step into one another’s shoes and understand each other’s feelings, by actively listening to their concerns and perspectives.
